Aleta grew up in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in English Literature. Aleta started her career in the Air Force as an officer and Navigator. Aleta left the military in September of 2005 after extensive travel and career broadening opportunities as an instructor, leader, combat veteran, and peacekeeper with the UN. She earned her MA in Professional counseling in 2008, while also completing an intensive alternative dispute resolution program in Atlanta. Aleta moved to Tacoma in 2009 working for a social services agency for 3 years as a clinical supervisor of family therapists and foster care licensors. In 2012, Aleta transitioned to the private sector working at the executive level for a multi-million dollar commercial casework manufacturing company. Her leadership, creative problem solving, positivity, and team building expertise have proven to be invaluable to the organizations in which she has contributed. Clarity under pressure, positive leadership through adversity, and a firm understanding of the human experience have helped Aleta successfully transition through varied environments. In 2015, Aleta moved to private practice counseling and business consulting where she can fully utilize her skills and experience to bring value to the people and organizations she helps. In 2018, Aleta accepted a position as the Director of Counseling Services at Clarkson University. Today, Aleta lives in Tacoma, WA where she will be homeschooling her children and redefining her career one more time!

Wesley grew up in Maine and graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Civil Engineering. He also holds a Master in Business Administration degree from Webster University. After college, he joined the Air Force as an officer and a Navigator. Wes has over 3000 flight hours in the C130 including over 100 hours of combat time and has maintained his military service for over 20 years. From 2009-2012, Wesley worked in the public sector for the Washington State Emergency Management Division as a mitigation specialist where he utilized his detail oriented focus to effectively manage multiple high value federal and state resources. In 2012, Wesley worked for a private multi-million dollar commercial casework company as an Estimator and Manager of the sales department. His leadership, strategic vision, and effective management brought stability and growth to the organization. In 2015, Wesley transitioned back to full time military service with the Montana Air National Guard where he helped the unit become deployment ready in October 2016 after an airframe conversion. Most recently, Wes served as the detachment commander for the ROTC unit at Clarkson University from 2017-2020 where he trained and commissioned future officers for the United States Air Force. Wes currently serves in the Washington Air National Guard as the Deputy Group Commander for Air Support Operations.
